Amanda Brugel

Pointe Claire resides in a uninhabited area of Montreal Island, which is known as West Island. This part of Montreal is known as the West Island has a lot of different communities. For those who haven't heard of it often confuse it with a separate island facing west. Amanda Brugel grew up on this island, and it is frequently referred to as her birthplace. But she only stayed there for a short period of time. Brugel was raised on Courtice close to Oshawa in Ontario. Her first ambition was to be an expert dancer. She was given a Fine Arts Talent Scholarship to go to York University's Theatre Program, where she graduated at the age of 20 with a degree of Bachelor's in Fine Arts. In the last 20 years, Brugel's roles on TV and the big screen have been varied. Her role as Rita from the award winning show The Handmaid's Tale was her most memorable. Brugel made an appearance on only a handful of instances in the initial season of the show The Handmaid's Tale. She was the sole Canadian actor.
